DeRozan ties the NBA record for most free throws made in a game without missing. That is 23/23, tying Dominique Wilkins. I think he also just surpassed the franchise mark for FT made in a game.

It probably sucks that he couldn't extend the record past 24/24, but honestly with 0.9 seconds left missing the shot was the best possible scenario IMO.

No, DD got fouled A LOT. The whistle was really loose all night though.

KK picked a good one for his first game to take in, for sure.

 

Also, Knicks lost by 1 and Denver lost by 1. Everything fell our way last night, what a beautiful thing!

Yeah that was great. It was pretty fun for three but a tight 4th quarter is really something to take in live and that took it to the next level. Fully on the Derozan bandwagon now. His ability to dominate a game is undeniable.

Gotta cheer for the Nets as well because Boston holds their pick and we don't want that team getting a top 5. This thread is 730 pages so I'm not sure if this has been brought up before.

Who are we eyeing for our top 10 pick? Buddy Hield could be nice Derozan insurance, he's an older guy who comes more ready than a project.

Now that the performance has caught up to the hype, do The Raptors really have any choice but to max contract DD?

 

Lowry's probably a FA after next season. Are they really going to spend 45-50 million a year on Lowry and Derozan? I would rather max Lowry over DD if given the choice.

Well Lowry's older and hasnt been as durable throughout his career so he has a bigger risk of turning into a pumpkin but he's a much better player than derozan so...

Depends where we end up, if it's top 7 I think there are better prospects. I'd love to pick a PF top 10 and there are a couple that look worthwhile
