What the Raps need is a 3 and D wing player. I think thats what they thought Ross would be but he just hasn't developed the defensive side of the game. They just have too many perimeter guys who can't play defense (Lowry, GV, Lou, Ross)

That wasn't really his fault IMO. GV is a joke, couldn't move his feet at all to fight through that when Ross was helping contain his guys dribble drive
