Yes, there's also the D-League, but the team has a lot less control of the minutes their players get I believe. Sometimes it's better to have them roll with the club and practice with the team.

Yeah. They can work on their skills in practice and min are hard to come by in the NBA.

Fair question. I think it's especially important in Bruno and Nogueira's case that they sit and learn the game because there are differences between where they grew up playing. They'll be pushed hard in practice until they are ready
