I agree with everything you said. I just don't understand what pleasure these guys get out of ticking everyone off. If you don't like the team, move on to one that you do'like. seems simple to me.

The human mind is not something simple to analyze but a good guess would be they suffer from some sort of mental problem. To start off they most probably suffer from an inferiority complex so they need to belittle people in order to feel an inflated sense of self-worth. They may also live a lonely, miserable life so this medium of communication is their whole world which explains why they are always in here.
