Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 Fingers crossed it's Melky to the dl Put Melky behind the plate and McGowan on the mound
itsawrap Verified Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 No doubt it's either Melky or McGowan. Wouldn't really mind either way. But I'd prefer Boni to GTFO
KSaw Verified Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 Just DFA that bag of toys Bonifacio. If anyone claims him, trade him.
dmrich28 Verified Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 just send Kawasaki down, his usefulness has run the course. Time to play real baseball and not worry about entertainment outside the lines
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 just send Kawasaki down, his usefulness has run the course. Time to play real baseball and not worry about entertainment outside the lines Reported........... Kawasaki 0.8 WAR (60) games
GD Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 just send Kawasaki down, his usefulness has run the course. Time to play real baseball and not worry about entertainment outside the lines That moment when you realize Munenori Kawasaki has played statistically above average baseball http://www.fangraphs.com/statss.aspx?playerid=13047&position=SS

Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 He's still should be sent down. Probably, but not because he's the least useful...

You don't see teams like the Red Sox or Yankees doing crap like that. If he can play a better 2nd base than anyone else, fine, if not his time should be over
KSaw Verified Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 DFA that bag of toys Bonifacio. If he is claimed, trade him. The Braves, Phillies, Pirates and Reds have shown interest in him.

For Northcraft, Valle, Kingham/Wilson, or Winker, maybe? (those prospects were in order of team, and probably my favorite sleepers on each team)

dmrich28 Verified Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 he's probably the jays best option defensively at 2nd. Not too sure about that, he hasn't played there, so how would anyone know? Boni has played pretty well recently there. Give Kawasaki time to play some 2B in Buffalo then when AA decides to trade someone maybe he can be used again somehow.
