Can Encarnacion play 3B Full time???

In this SSS has Edwin showed enogh to you to feel comfortable playing 3B full time??

he's looked good in the games I have watched.. especially that diving play he made!!

he has decent hands and a good enough arm to play at 3rd base.

 

As far as him playing fulltime until lawrie gets back ,I am ok with that

He can't throw consistently, that's his biggest issue.

If it helps in a pinch then great (ie. for interleague) but long term, absolutely not.

I don't like him full time there, but I think he's been reasonable enough to give us a little versatility.. nice to have in interleague or when we want to keep Lind in the lineup and DH someone else.

You know. Ever since someone posted that pitch framing article that showed JPA as one of the best framers in the game, he hasn't bothered me near as much.... Of course he's not one of the best framers in the game.... but I just assumed he was the worst... and lately since the pitching has picked up... he hasn't bothered me much either.... Hopefully the organization brings someone in to help coach JPA and make hima better catcher... and Mattola works with him to make him a more patient and consistent hitter.
