Wilnercibia Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 lol @ people who questioned the decision to not skip Rogers in the rotation with the cancelled game. He's the best we have. I questioned it, He has proved me wrong, he's been lights out. If only our offence would wake up
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 I think it's a battle of the pens now.

baseballsss Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 can't remember when was the last time a jays starter lasted 7innings 1ER this comfortably..... SF series...dickey.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Seriously ump need to take his ego out of the equation. Either that or he's incompetent. I'll go with the latter, he's been s*** all game. And don't give me that "at least he's been s*** to both sides". Yeah, he's been s*** to both sides, but his job is NOT TO BE s***. I don't feel any better about my salad served with a side of s*** when I go to a restaurant just because everyone else that ordered the salad also got a side of s***.
Arkadium Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Darvish 110 pitches, 59 strikes Rogers 93 pitches, 61 strikes Solid performance by Rogers! About 50 of those 59 strikes were swinging or bad calls.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Just tuning in Has Rogers been as good as the line suggests?
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Amazing rogers has looked better then all of our acquisitions in the offseason I'm sure I read on here several expert knowledgeable posters say he was terrible....I'd rather be lucky than good i gues..lol.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Boni has such an uppercut swing for a guy who should be using his speed
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Just tuning in Has Rogers been as good as the line suggests? Possibly even better than it suggests, if that's possible.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Yes! Oakland took Yankees to 18 innings and won. F'n sweet.
Arkadium Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 What the f***. WHY WOULD YOU BUNT WITH ONE OF THE FASTEST RUNNERS IN BASEBALL AT 1ST BASE....................... WHAT'S THE POINT OF BONI IF HE CAN'T f***ING STEAL A BAG
OtisNixonFan Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Just tuning in Has Rogers been as good as the line suggests? Location, location, location.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 More dumb baseball. Why not use bonis speed?
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 You got to love it when Boni puts the ball on the ground to the left side.
Arkadium Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 More dumb baseball. Why not use bonis speed? Gibby's conservativeness is f***ing retarded.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 More dumb baseball. Why not use bonis speed? Tough to steal off a lefty.
frizzer1 Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Right now Rogers is outpitching the big money guys....but then again almost every staff in mlb is doing that..
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 What the f***. WHY WOULD YOU BUNT WITH ONE OF THE FASTEST RUNNERS IN BASEBALL AT 1ST BASE....................... WHAT'S THE POINT OF BONI IF HE CAN'T f***ING STEAL A BAG He's not even the fastest guy on the team... But *shrug* I hate bunting.
OtisNixonFan Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Press conference scheduled in Arlington for tomorrow: Washington naming Rob Ford bench coach.
IBTrini Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Buddy, you f***ing serious? He got a hit today and we should give him praise? Sorry, thought this was a thread about today's game. Is it difficult to at least shorten up,let the ball travel and use the middle or the opposite field if need be it and utilize his speed? If he approaches that 3-2 pitch in this manner,he walks. It's not like he does this on occasion,ITS ALL THE TIME. Even good players have difficulty doing that at times yet you have high expectations for Bonifacio to do that? Do me a favor and put me on your ignore list. Putz.. Request is now granted!
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Request is now granted! better do me too and get it out of the way
Arkadium Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 He's not even the fastest guy on the team... But *shrug* I hate bunting. That's debatable. And Boni actually has a better career SB% than Rajai.
