I'm pretty sure he's drunk as f***. Like choke-on-your-own-vomit-and-die drunk.

Either way, he needs to seek some help.

I was relieved to see that out of Dickey today, cos looking at some of his games last year, I was beginning to wonder if he had anything resembling any of that in him. He had a very long stretch last year where he was incredible and almost unhittable yet this year it's like he's throwing batting practice.

It just seems to me like we've just about hit the emergency spot here where we have to start winning games and winning in bunches if this team hopes to compete for the division. Now in my view, Happ showed no sign of being able to contribute to a division winning team whatsoever. Even the one start where he held Boston down, he had to be pulled after five for throwing around 100 pitches. This team needs stability obviously.

Does anyone else agree that with his experience, we should quickly stretch out Cecil since he has improved so much and see if he can't get back to where he was as a starter since he has the same stuff he was sucessful with as a starter a few years back? Doesn't that make more sense? Loup and that new guy Perez seem to be doing just fine, so do we really need 4 lefties down there when Oliver comes back? Doesn't it make more sense than sending everybody and their f***ing grandmother out there to patch the rotation? We need stability in those games and a starter thaty will give us a decent shot to win those games. Do we not have better options than Ramon f***ing Ortiz? Or depending on a guy like Happ when he comes back who has proven for a few years now that he can't consistently win games or even get the ball over the plate, taxing the f*** out of our bullpen? I'd much rather see Cecil and see them have to patch start Jenkins until Morrow gets back, unless god forbid, another injury. I seriously think that although he has pitched well out of the bullpen, Cecil is a much better option than Happ in our rotation and adds much more stability. If he does well, package Happ and whoever else together to gain depth at another postion.

Yeah, it's a good thing our outfield is Cabrera, Rasmus and Bautista so that won't be an issue...

Cabrera could be suspended, and if he isn't can't play that many games over a short period of time. Raja will get his opportunity to start at some point and will be pinch running quite a lot..

Plenty of opportunities for him to f*** up
