I think it is time to accept RA cy young winner is gone.................... He is chucking up batting practice balls with not a lot of movement most of the time.

 

The trade was always going to be a risk.

Is Dickey for real and bonifide number one in a different division and smaller ballpark?

 

Looks like the answer is no. He looks like Wakefield from 2007 where he gives you a mid 4 ERA and like 1.35 whip.

Dickey hasn't looked special at all. He's looked pretty mediocre even in the better starts.

 

To think we gave up d'Arnaud and Syndergaard for him is like slicing someone up with a box cutter and then pouring salt all over him.

 

I'm sorry folks but Dickey in the AL is a recipe for disaster. AA is such a clown.

so disappointing..being a former pitcher myself I was so looking forward to watching RA more than anything this year..quite a let down

Hope some team bites on it just being a slow slart and not really being suited for the AL game.

Sell him to some NL team before he sucks the entire year and into next season and his value plummets.

I'd trade Johnson, Dickey, Jose or EE, Izturis or Boni, Rasmus and a couple relievers.

Nobody would see value in him with that contract. I'm afraid were stuck with him. He may make an ok fifth starter. But an ace lol no way
