Cello Verified Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 I'll trade a run for another "Happ" incident Thankfully Buehrle's OK.
deadlee Verified Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 MB has flashed his glove all game today.. that one was not a gaffe.. he took his eyes off, natural reaction... DP time, MB... Lets go!!
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 how many times have we had a pitcher pitch into the 8th inning? lol pathetic
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted May 28, 2013 Author Posted May 28, 2013 squeeze a couple more outs please!
Arkadium Verified Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Funny that. He has come through but man he's swung at some terrible pitches lol. EE tied 3rd HR, 5th RBI, in the AL... let's leave the guy alone shall we?
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Our pitchers seem to throw so many pitchers cannot get past sixth inning.
deadlee Verified Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 I'll trade a run for another "Happ" incident Thankfully Buehrle's OK. I would trade anything to ensure there's never another "Happ" incident to any of our players, or anyone on any team.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 EE tied 3rd HR, 5th RBI, in the AL... let's leave the guy alone shall we? I acknowledged he has come through just funny to see him look so bad on one pitch then good the next.
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Ninja doesnt trust boni.. i dont blame him
IBTrini Verified Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 What do you guys think Arencibitis is all about? He clearly makes good contact when he does and goes yard.. so is he just gonna be one of those Mark Reynold's esque type of players? In that case, is that really a bad thing? [yeah, i know its a bad thing, I frighin hate his guts, and I really think he has low bb IQ...but he does have that HR:BB ratio of peace] He appears to have a bad approach at the plate however when the pitcher makes a mistake in his wheel-house he can hit it long. He does not display patience but that could be because his pitch recognition and strike-zone awareness is lacking. What is a little weird is his strike-zone awareness should be better cuz he is right behind the plate with the umpire.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 he's falling behind,..... time to take him out.
theblujay Verified Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Who is the other guy in the booth today?
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 God these guys fouling off all these pitches.
Arkadium Verified Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 I acknowledged he has come through just funny to see him look so bad on one pitch then good the next. He's not quite locked in yet, but he's looked good a lot of the time
bzapple Verified Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Perfect pitch! Unfortunately the Braves made him throw a lot of pitches in that inning though.
BlueJayWay Verified Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Who is the other guy in the booth today? some guy
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Buehrle so smart Romero learn of him, throw strikes
