connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Have you not watched him over the last 3 weeks? He's clearly converging to that.. yeah, I never fretted too much on Melky.. he's getting where he was supposed to be.. very solid player.. a little BABIP fueled luck last year prob influenced things more than steroids did.. he's a quality starter
Cello Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Freddy Garcia Cruising... Just sad Yankees would have knocked this scrub out of the game by now. Even the lowly Astros would have done so.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 The pitching has been disastrous, but it amazes me how this team can look so good and bad on offense at the same time.
Cello Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 When's the last time we won with our scrub pitcher on the mound vs. their ace? Back when Bedard was their ace, I guess.
Shogun89 Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Have no fear fellow Jays fans. Reyes will come back and spark us to an 80-0 run in the 2nd half of the season, adding to our 20 wins, and 100 wins will be enough to make the playoffs.
Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Gracia with the inevitable quality start... This team lol
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Besides Bautista, Lind, Melky, no one else is really doing anything with any consistency. The pitching has been one of the worst in all of baseball.... AA must be in a full on panic.
Rajaifailedgrade1 Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Two straight balls called strikes Can we have robotic umps? This guy a f***ing idiot
theblujay Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 The future is brighter with Johnson, Happ, Reyes, Drabek, Hutch, Perez and McGowan coming back from injuries, but its hard to watch right now.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 The jays suck but they have had bad BABIP luck today.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 I am sick of terrible umps, baseball needs to fix this garbage.
Shogun89 Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 2 runners on with 2 outs again. This is where we choke and strand them again.
Cello Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 good hustle by Lawrie his teammates might have given up hustling to 1B
Doc Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 About the only way Lawrie can get on base.
Shogun89 Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 runners at the corners, 2 out hit a 3run HR ffs ID take a base hit
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 im sick of this pitcheer being nowhere near the plate getting every call...
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 colby was afraid that was a strike because this ump is a dumb f***
