Okay i know its early, but when is this guy going to get some of the blame of how our pitchers are pitching.

 

I get it, pitchers pitch not the coach, but whatever impact he has had has been negative. Almost every pitcher, aside from Casey, has under-performed.

 

If you look back at his career, Walker was a terrible pitcher himself, walking hitters at awful rates. It seems that whatever strategy he is using doesnt work.

 

Jays need to desperately get this guy away from all the pitchers, as soon as possible, he is the core of the issue here

 

In fact Walker was so awful, that he couldnt find a job in the majors. This is quite idiotic. If you are looking for an investment banker, are you going to hire the guy who is driving a kia?

 

I see Dickey talking to him, and i am like Dickey walk away from this clown as soon as possible, i can just imagine the advice.

 

"Try and make the perfect pitch, dont worry if you get behind the hitter, 3 and 1 is perfectly fine. I pitched from behind most of my career and now i am a coach."

What does walkers own career have to do with anything about being a coach? Look around the NHL, NFl, NBA 95% of good coaches barely played or were not good players, get a clue.

I wouldn't go to those lengths and am not blaming anyone but I did wonder how it would mesh with a rookie coach with all these veterans that have already had success. I mean, everyone has to remain professional about it but I couldn't help but wonder how the vets would feel.
