Bluebird Nerd Verified Member Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Sup fellas? HAPP IS OK! TODAY IS A GOOD DAY!
theblujay Verified Member Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Let's go Jays! I've got a good feeling about tonight!
johannson Verified Member Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Yes, pretty much, except Bonafacio shouldn't be starting EVER! I'd prefer Rasmus in there simply for his defence. Neither of the two are in all likelihood going to light it up against Moore tonight, but Rasmus at least has the potential to take a run or two away, while Boni is likely to give a run or two away. Until I see Boni hit or play any defence whatsoever, I just don't think he should be in the SL. Bring him in as a pinch runner and let him play in some blow-outs but these games are too important for this team right now to risk having him in there.
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Great jobby, Fatcow! I'm really digging these new GDTs.
Chappy Community Moderator Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Yeah I would probably prefer Rasmus instead as well even with the lefty. Boni scares me defensively.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Yay Leafs! C'mon Jays let's get something going early for once

Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 whats with edwin losing his bat all the time?
Aristotles-Bumhole Verified Member Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 How many more times you figure he'll lose his bat this year?
GD Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Jesus EE every other game a fan gets a souvenir flying at their heads
EvilPeanut Verified Member Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Its hard to watch. Lawrie just swings through everything. Can't make contact. He should not be hitting lead-off. I think it should be Davis vs. lefties and Melky leading off vs. righties I don't know about you guys but I think Lawrie is too "busy" at the plate. The leg tap then kick and his wrist flip before swing looks like it is making him late on pitches. There are few YouTube videos of him from 2011, and he twitches are all there they were a little less pronounced than now. He wiggles the bat a lot more now, and sometimes he's not getting the bat ready in time.
johannson Verified Member Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 ok wtf is up with lawrie's bat waggle I know man, seriously. Giving Gary Sheffield a run for his money.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 How many more times you figure he'll lose his bat this year? O/U 27.5 lol
