Not sure if I have posted or announced this, but I do think that 6 hour windows with an overnight clock freeze work a bit better than the 12 hour windows. Would there be any objections if we switched to that format for all future drafts?

 

The missed window rule would change to: first strike, no reduction. second strike, 3 hour windows.

I don't care either way, but guys would have to e-mail the next 2 guys following their pick. It worked really well in the Hockey Dynasty, we even went to 4 hr windows and flew through it as we were pressed for time. That was because we had a dispersal/waiver and NP drafts though.
