Not that it likely matters, but the email sent around a few days ago said picks don't go poof this year.

 

A change this year - I am going to waive most of rule 4.2 about not being able to hold extra assets during the draft (the rule has now been shortened on the spreadsheet). Excess waiver picks will no longer go poof immediately. If a pick comes up and you are at 25 MLB players, then that specific pick will go poof immediately. I think this is simpler.
