Yeah you can pick picks, it’s all one big asset pool.

 

Can also pick a prospect straight to your MLB roster if you want (essentially promoting them as you pick)

 

The draft will go until nobody wants to pick anymore. If you end up with more than 20 and 12, you’ll still need to cut down with the rest of the league obviously
