- picks 19 through 13 to be the remaining playoff teams in order of regular season record (ignoring Yahoo standings that factor in Divisional winners)

- picks 12 through 6 to be the non-playoff teams by regular season records

- picks 1-5 to be decided the same way, by weighted lottery

Frankly, assigning any picks based on playoff finish is dumb but good to keep it at just 1.
