League average hitter for a 20 team league is above 100 wRC+, probably more like 105. Runs are a somewhat underrated category though, and Calhoun does well there.

Seems fair. Calhoun always puts up something like 20/75/75 with average rate stats, and he was a top-300 player last year in his worst season.
