It'd be finer if you had some depth starting pitching. Blach, Eickhoff, or Tomlin could be yours!

I do like Eickhoff and Felix and would own. I just traded for Felix in LoD. I doubt your guyses prices would be palatable though.

I just want an interesting prospect in the Top 50 range. I don't think that's crazy.

If H/R splits are seriously influencing promotions they need to fire many people.

That's one of the reasons I want to see him promoted. He's not going to walk if he's crushing everything bad A-ball pitchers are throwing. Let him struggle a bit vs. Advanced AA arms.

Some finer points of our rules that might be different from other leagues:

 

- unowned prospects can only be added in Yahoo if they reached AA or higher in the previous season, or they get added to the 25 man roster IRL.

- international free agents that were NOT subject to spending limits (older guys) can be added/claimed as soon as Yahoo puts them in the system. Intl FAs under spending restrictions cannot be added in Yahoo immediately (treat as prospects).

- during our drafts owners are not permitted to hold extra assets after the cutdown date. This means surplus picks are eliminated at the cutdown date, and any trades during the draft should involve an equal # of MiLB assets being exchanged or else a pick needs to evaporate as part of the deal (or a promotion needs to happen). You can't cut a prospect during the draft.

- we use 12 hour windows with no pause in the clock overnight. If someone misses a pick their future windows get cut in half (cannot go shorter than 3 hours).

- we only track one set of draft picks at a time, so trades of future draft picks are technical unofficial and unenforceable and rely on the goodwill of the parties to follow up in the future

- The supreme commissioner NJH has the power to make any unilateral rule changes or actions that he thinks are in the best interest of the league.

Havok has an interesting decision with Suxton. Past the threshold and absolutely awful. Probably forced to dump him on a rebuilding team?

Havok has a lot of decisions to make. Two picks in the top 20, one in the top 5 and a full farm.

Seems like easy decisions at least: cut Pompey, Shipley, and Jones and use picks 5,13, and 25.
