We're nixing internet radio at my office due to bandwidth issues. Anyone have suggestions for the best baseball podcasts out there?

Speedy just voted. A lot hinges on min's vote.

7, 6, and 6 are the vote counts for the three bubble owners.

Jonah Keri podcast - any of his baseball guests.

2080 is doing organizational reviews in podcast form. A bit long and slow but if you are a prospect-o-phile they are good.

Min says his vote is featherd, Dinger, Silvergun and NJH

Do you need a screenshot? I just dunno if Min will remember to do the survey later.

The four Big League nominees from the DDL are Silvergun, Dinger, FTD, and myself.

There was a tie for 5th place between therealmin and North.

If we need one substitute the DDL will ask North first, because he has a DDL title.

Jaysblue is the 3rd substitute and was the only other team to receive multiple votes.

So

DDL

FTD

Dr.Dinger - will represent BORED

Silvergun

njh

BBDL

Cyborg

Spanky

Spittin

Boxy - will represent BORED if he gets nomination

Dinger is a shoe-in for BORED nomination, so one of Min/North will get the 4th DDL nod.

Who were the single votes for...I assume BTS, TCA and Spanky

Here are the final results:

Obviously there are some Hall of Fame ballot level mistakes here, but in general I think the process worked.

Myself being a unanimous selection probably has a lot to do with me doing the leg work on this new league. Objectively, I was a bubble candidate. I didn't deserve to be in the top 3, let alone get full support.

Silvergun and Dinger were locks through regular season dominance and back to back titles for SVG.

Feather D joins SVG and DD as the only three owners with a win rate of 60% or more. Add in a title and four playoff appearances, and he has objectively been a top 3 team. I'm glad he got nominated.

North has a title but also missed the playoffs, and his total win% is lower than mine or min's. He's also been busy lately.

Min has four playoff appearances and a Prime Minister's trophy, but his total win% is lower than mine and maybe more importantly I post more and he has activity concerns stemming from other leagues.

With a 55% win rate and 3 playoff appearances, jaysblue was properly ranked.

Havok's vote is probably from his recent playoff appearance.

BTS is an over .500 team with two playoff appearances and a division title. Recognition warranted.

Boxy's single vote is the ultimate participation ribbon, and a nod to how much we appreciate him trucking along.

I'm not sure why you got a vote. That's hard to reconcile.

I think NJH is a clear Top 4 but I'm confused how SG wasn't unanimous. Haters?

Maybe some people assumed he would get in and wanted to give a vote to someone else?

Might have happened with you too.

Silvergun is really f***ing dominant now, but hasn't always been that way. Grudgingly, I would argue that if anyone should have been unanimous, it's you.

Eh, he has the more dominant peak and a much brighter prognosis.

I'm interested in doing a pre-cut upgrade to the OF or to 2B. Top 100 prospect Stephen Gonsalves can be had in the right deal and maybe even better prospects for someone really good.

I voted for Dinger, silvergun, njh, and FeatherD. So I think we got it right.

Falls just about perfectly in line with winning % too...until you get into the votes for Boxy and I

Didn't FeatherD just quit a league like three weeks ago, after being inactive for half the year, because he didn't have time?

Doesn't this go into the calculations at all?

It's no different than voting an injured player into the All Star Game. If he can't make it, someone else gets the gig but you still recognized the value of his accomplishment.

This might have affected his vote totals.

But he's a grown man. If he doesn't have time he'll refuse the nomination. This is why we have substitutes listed.

I was going through some personal stuff and let JFaS know that if he had someone waiting to try and get into the league, they can have the spot. There's a big difference between managing a 30 team dynasty league and 6 keeper, no prospects.

If North doesn't want to participate in this, I will. I think we got the votes correct, also.

I understand giving the nod to North though, on an account of his title and his activity.

Thanks to all those who voted for me. It's a true honor. For those who only voted for me to troll Greenwood, I respect that too.
