Dude I carpool with leaves early, so another guy gives me a lift home from work. I tell him to drop me off near my house, it's raining and he's a cool guy so he insists on going right to my place.

 

We get pulled over because he's not wearing his seat belt, I stupidly open my mouth and offer to pay half since I felt bad he got burned doing me a favour.
