I'm taking three stats courses (and a course about databases) next term, which will be fun. I like doing baseball research stuff because it lets me learn and use the tools that I'm exposed to in class or am expected to know for co-op jobs. And obviously because I'm totally obsessed with baseball. It's a great fit. I might start a site in September (when I have more time) that contains player pages with the new stats/concepts I'm developing, which would be separate from blogging.

North and I have been the hottest teams the last 3 weeks. Something has to give. North's pitching staff is.. surprisingly underwhelming. I feel he is already in a massive hole with Gio/Chen gems and Kershaw to come. He has one double start this week and like 5 SP. He will have to win it on the offensive side.
