Well, Kang apparently was an acceptable choice...the guy projected to be a utility guy with a sub 90 wRC+.

At this point the waiver draft is really just filling out your roster so it's hard to call anyone a reach. There was only good International guy (maybe two if you count Kang but it's highly debatable) and by some unusual fluke of collective inattention, there was also Souza.
