Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 The Blues are about to win their 10th in a row... Leafs have to bring their A game Tuesday in STL. Also, can someone on the Wild score, preferably Parise for fantasy purposes, Billington's killing me.

Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 Also means they're due to lose. Yeah, if the Leafs play like they did against Vegas, they should be good. That egg they layed Saturday night still stings.

Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted February 18, 2019 Posted February 18, 2019 Andreas Johnsson practiced in full today, Leafs dodged a bullet.
BTS Community Moderator Posted February 18, 2019 Posted February 18, 2019 It is insane that Ottawa is playing Stone and Duchene tonight.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted February 18, 2019 Posted February 18, 2019 It is insane that Ottawa is playing Stone and Duchene tonight. Ya. They should be trying to Lose for Hu..... Oh. Nevermind.
BTS Community Moderator Posted February 18, 2019 Posted February 18, 2019 Ya. They should be trying to Lose for Hu..... Oh. Nevermind. It’s not worth the risk of injury, however small.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted February 18, 2019 Posted February 18, 2019 It’s not worth the risk of injury, however small. I understand the logic. Unless they still honestly believe they'll resign both
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted February 18, 2019 Posted February 18, 2019 I understand the logic. Unless they still honestly believe they'll resign both Last night, TSN/RSN reported they're trading Duchene and looking to sign Stone.

BTS Community Moderator Posted February 18, 2019 Posted February 18, 2019 Have teams held players out of the lineup that long before? I don’t know. It’s an unusual situation, because players of that caliber rarely hit the trade market in their walk year. It just so happens that the Ottawa Senators management are exceptionally stupid.

Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted February 18, 2019 Posted February 18, 2019 Holy s***... the Bruins haven't lost in regulation, since Jan 19... And I thought the Leafs were going good since their lull.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 Hahaha... https://www.bardown.com/zach-bogosian-and-kurtis-gabriel-almost-dropped-the-gloves-during-warm-ups-1.1259395 Zach Bogosian and Kurtis Gabriel almost dropped the gloves during warmups Hockey, as we all know, can get pretty heated. While fighting doesn’t happen nearly as much as it used to during the regular course of play, it’s even more rare that it happens during the warm ups. In fact, we can only remember a few times it’s actually happened. We almost got another dose of warm up tilts tonight, when, before the New Jersey Devils and the Buffalo Sabres faced off, Zach Bogosian and Kurtis Gabriel almost dropped them during warm ups. No, seriously. The two players were spotted sharing some words at center ice before the game, and things were definitely on the hostile side. John Vogl ✔ @BuffaloVogl · Feb 17, 2019 Bogosian just (lightly) shot a puck at Gabriel John Vogl ✔ @BuffaloVogl Here’s Zach Bogosian and Kurtis Gabriel and their latest confrontation at the red line. pic.twitter.com/Z6zAQIWVfc Bogosian threw a crosscheck, a slash, and looked to be gearing up to take a swing at Gabriel, who, obviously, was letting some pretty serious chirps fly. This whole exchange started because Gabriel fired a puck into the Sabres net during warm ups, something that is obviously frowned upon in hockey culture. Fans were on the edge of their seats hoping that these two would go at it during the actual game, but nothing ever came of the exchange, and the game ended without incident with a 4-1 Devils win.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 This Sens game is a barn burner... Ottawa want out of the basement BTS. Or not...
BTS Community Moderator Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 This Sens game is a barn burner... Ottawa want out of the basement BTS. Or not... Holy crap that's wild. The boxscore anyway. I'm obviously not watching that garbage.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 Holy crap that's wild. The boxscore anyway. I'm obviously not watching that garbage. I'm seeing the results in DFS. Not a good night to pick both goalies.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 Kucherov should be in the same sentence as McDavid as best in the league. Guy's insane.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 I'm seeing the results in DFS. Not a good night to pick both goalies. Did you?
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 9 goals in the 1st... watch the score stay the same now.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 5-0 Lightning... Kucherov 2g 3a... Hah! 1 point shy of a century with this period and 22 games to play.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 Yup lol. Too bad you didn't take Subban and Varlamov in the same game.
