I don't know about this. Chicago fans have been saying all year that he's not the same player he used to be. And he's a UFA after the season. I'm not sure the Leafs are in a position to be trading 2ns round picks for 1-year rentals.

 

The god news for you guys is that this means Bozak is gone.

 

Meh Bolland is from Mimico.

I'm sure if the Leafs want to resign him after next season it shouldnt be a issue.

IMO the issue won't be won't be whether or not they can, it will be if they should. Bolland will be 28, and is known around the league as a gritty playoff warrior with 2 cups on the resume. I could see some GM going full retard on a 6/24 deal for him if he puts up 15 goals and 35 points.

Vincent Lecavalier is headed to the Flyers. 5yr/22.5Mil for a 4.5 cap hit. I thought he would have been able to get a little more then that. I would have liked for the Leafs to go for him.
