    Bregman would be great to have. It is painful to me having to see all the hate George gets from around the league. Knowing how good of a person he really is. I don’t know about having 2 of the former astors here. Also being Jewish he is going to get some hate for that from certain antisemitic teams like the dodgers I heard Ohtani told bregman to “make me a hinge” when he was rounding the bases after hitting a homer when they went to Fenway last July.

    Rays not taking 11m option on Fairbanks rays fans commenting on the news saying he couldn’t get a clean inning down the stretch and was painful to watch. His last 5 appearances were 1 innings each no base runners. Obviously some blown saves like everyone. He has a nerve issue that flares up in the cold, so he needs to pitch in a dome or somewhere warm if he can help it

    Dodgers are still 3.7 to 1 on betting odds. That’s far from sure. Technically they would get a World Series every 3.5-4 years based on those odds with their current team

    if you compare Bo Bichette with other players I think he will basically have a body type like Mo Vaughn. He’s going to pack on the weight eventually. Young Mo looks just like Bo. So yea I think he can play 2nd fine but in 4-5 years he is probably a DH.

    Oh nm, someone posted here saying we extended him. Looks like a photo shop. I’m out in the rain. Bo did make an odd comment a few weeks ago about take a short term deal to “rebuild” value. Not sure why he would say it considering he had a good year.

    Shave a point and a half off his era, keep the home runs down and get more strikeouts, get that walk rate down a bit. We’d be looking at our new number 1 starter.

    Or a movie where ohtani gives up the game winning home run to Bo Bichette and goes 0-5 as they lose 5-4 in bottom of the 9th Then ohtani gets sent back to Japan and everyone in LA burns his jersey in the streets

    I would watch sure but it would have to be like rookie of the year where winning the pennant was the end goal and the climax to the movie. No World Series

    I don't really believe they just offered 4/80. Baez got 6/140 4 years ago, thats the last big contract I can think of from the tigers. They probably offered like 6/200 or something.

    AJ P-ski did say on his podcast from a few days ago that I posted here, he was a catcher for nearly 20 years and played in game 7s, World Series etc. He did say no catcher is ever making that throw in that situation. I don't know though, maybe they are just trying to be good sports about the whole thing realizing how much hate IKF was getting and the threats. I don't know if anyone can find stats on Will Smith back picks at 3rd for the last couple years and success rates, I can't find it.

    We have somewhat of a rivalry with the yankees. A bunch of bad blood from this season and the division race. Dodgers, no real history.

    Have been looking at some more YouTube World Series stuff and dodgers reddit It’s not a lot of commending their team, there is some of that. mostly what I see is vitriol and hate directed at blue jays fans and the players though. i definitely expect to see that during most World Series but expected a lesser version from dodgers fans. Considering them being a big favourite, payroll and deferrals, 3 wins in 6 years etc Something about Toronto players and fans seemed to rub them the wrong way. If we had won, short of Snells interview, I don’t really have any issues with their fans or other players really. You have the expected ohtani and Springer boos but otherwise I don’t know what their problem is. But in the future I’ll definitely be rooting their downfall just as pretty much every other fan base does.

    We don’t really have any divas like ohtani or Soto we have to wait to set the market for do we this year? hopefully impending lockout gets everything going quick. Have to wonder if Bieber will affect the market at all if tucker or bregman have to go tour 6 different spring training facilities over 8 weeks I will lose it

    On rosenthal interview today, he does say no extension is in the works but I guess he can be wrong. But yea with lock out potentially happening better for us to wait and see how he does.
