    Should the offense really be lacking power though? The top 4 hitters in the lineup today should hit 120 bombs without breaking a sweat. Throw in 10 or so each from the likes of Gimenez, Kirk, Clement, Roden, Wagner etc and 20 from Varsho and you're near 200. The problem is they're pressing already. Bichette saw 4 pitches the whole game tonight. He's pressing! Vlad is rolling over everything to the left side. He's pressing! Tony is swinging wildly at every fastball he sees, even if they're a foot high or off the plate. He's pressing. Maybe they need a head coach instead of a hitting coach.

    Bichette has made 3 outs on 3 pitches FFS. Have an at-bat dude!! Maybe if you saw a few pitches you and your teammates might learn a thing or 2 about the pitcher. A lead-off hitter he's not...

    This is only mildly annoying but you would think the next button would take you to the top of the next page in a thread. It seems you have to hit the back to top button every time.

    Barnes took the fall for this loss but I put the blame squarely on Schneider. Why he didn't put Raleigh on first when he was all fired up after the Berrios argument is beyond me. Raleigh is the Jays killer, he's left -handed, he had extra motivation. Arozarena is right-handed and can't hit a beach ball right now. Was it an ego thing? He wanted to let Berrios get him out? Did he think he'd put a fastball between his shoulder blades? Why?!! It was an obvious decision to hold up 4 fingers there and he decided against it. That cost them a win. Barnes sucked but it never should have gotten to that point.
