  1. Hell of a job Gausman!! He looked like an ace tonight. Keep rolling!!
  2. How far is Yarbrough stretched out? I thought he just came off the IL. At least we shouldn't have to face him for the rest of the series.
  3. The Yankers will be licking something by Monday - their wounds!!
  4. I heard he had contusions on both knees. Lol. Maybe he was doing too much praying.🙏
  5. Clement can hit a fastball too. I'd rather see IKF planted on the pine.
  6. I agree. The signs are there that he's locking it back in. It looks like Barger may be coming around as well. If those two do some damage this weekend and George, Bo, Kirk and Varsho stay hot the Yankers could be in for a rough time.
  7. I would put Bo above Vlad at this point as well. His defense aside, he's a great hitter, what he can do at the plate makes up for a lot of his defensive shortcomings. And he's been clutch too. That being said, crunch time starts tonight. It's time for the 1st baseman to put this team on his back.
  8. Nelson Cruz was busted for PED'S so you can remove him from the list.
  9. His defense cost them 4 runs in the 2nd inning last night.
  10. Tate was up in the 2nd inning and the 8th. Good thing he's expendable.
  11. It's the Borucki and IKF acquisitions I'm baffled by.
  12. Exactly. Pulling him is going to cost them 2 games in this series.
  13. Add-on runs? It never seems to happen. Other teams can win 12-2. Not this team. The pitchers can't seem to stand prosperity and the hitters never seem to pull away.
  14. The savior of this beleaguered pen has arrived!🙄 Actually might not be that far from the truth. It may mean Little stays planted to the pine more often.
  15. I'm not claiming that Gibby was a great manager. Schneider is a much better communicator for example. But it's a well known fact that Gibby was great at bullpen management. It's not a great mystery why the bullpen is faltering down the stretch. You can't abuse these arms for 5 months and expect them to be good in September and hopefully October. I say hopefully because the way it's looked lately the playoffs may be a dream.
  16. John Schneiders biggest shortcoming is his bullpen management. He manages the bullpen like he's scared. Yesterday is a perfect example. Nance should have finished the game no matter what happened and I'm sure they would have won the game. What I notice is the way JS gets guys up in the pen without bringing them in. He does this constantly. John Gibbons must have a good laugh. Gibbons was the best at bullpen management. He almost never got a reliever up without using him. If he did the reliever was given an apology. It's not just overuse that's causing these bullpen arms to s**t the bed lately, it's abuse!
  17. Run off the board. Let's keep it there!
