  1. then Atkins pivoted and signed IKF, I mean just swallow your pride and get it done - but I guess the GM's like seeing the players squirm just a few weeks before the season starts
  2. Atkins admitted that mistake, hasn't learned from it though, too bad we could have easily done 20/18/16 for Chapman
  3. Vogel pimped it but who cares, remember Tulo as a Yankee celebrating his spring home run, same s***.
  4. Same. Good AB vs a lefty
  5. give us a break from Michael Kay and Paul O'Neill, I don't mind them that much
  6. If he hits he will be in the line-up, right now I'd DH him over Kirk when the regulars are all in the field, otherwise he plays 2nd; Biggio of course is also in the mix. You hit, you play
  7. Schneider looks exactly the same as last season - so dialed in at the plate
  8. Soto changes the look of that Yankee line-up, great addition
  9. I wanted to see Dallas face the heart of the order a 2nd time, quick hook Schneider will have none of that
  10. they're baseball players not Olympic swimmers
  11. I forgot about the re-entry rule in ST, I like it
  12. Schneider lets go...base hit off Cole after looking overmatched with the high heat then Vogel with a BOMB off Cole, 370' shot (looked like 500')
  13. no mention of multi-year deal in the below interview, only as a 4th outfileder / part time role "...not many teams were interested...."
  14. this reminds me a bit of the KK interview where he basically said the Jays were the only offer, at least Kike had a couple. Perfect fit though with him going back to LA
  15. don't force me to use multi-quote
  16. He will dominate next start
  17. Babe's dee worries me more because I doubt his bat will be good enough to DH, we need to see more
  18. not the same at all, one is fighting to save his career the other is just getting reps in; the two aren't the same
  19. This is important, the inability to adjust is why many fail - after finding some success. He had a better than average eye at the plate last season - not going by stats - just my own eye
  20. you checked? ffs based on the little video that I saw from yesterdays game
  21. his career is on the line, people need to realize Manoah and Jays started ramping up for yesterdays start - at least weeks ago if not months; it's not like he's Gausman just getting in some reps. Phyiscally he looks great and I'm sure he feels good. Guessing here but maybe they have him back off a little in his next start - instead of trying to air it out; see if that helps his control.
  22. he should put the weight back on, looks a little too slim
  23. Manoah should have come into this game ready to go, he's not a veteran just getting reps, this is it for him.
  24. how is he even touching those fastballs? lol
