    Why are the Blue Jays the only fanbase that doesnt boo its team? Leafs/Raptors have booed their teams for a lot less. I think majority of the fanbase are just clueless to baseball lol.

    I love to pile on Shatkins more than most but this was 100% Ed Rogers overruling everyone to make this happen. Shatkins didnt even want to pay him 300M/10 the previous offseason, which was an obvious screw up.

    Crazy thing is that the playoffs Vlad had, teams would have lined up to give him 500M. I hate the contract as ive always said that his body type isnt meant for these long term deal. Heck, no body type is meant for that length of a deal but especially a fatty whose been inconsistent with his play from Day 1.

    I was just asking if anyone knew the details and whether his actions were still bad enough to keep him cut from all team activities. There are plenty POS all over baseball. Maybe im just a believer in 2nd chances as long as the original issue wasnt super egregious.

    My fault if I dont want people cancelled 4 life for making mistakes that arent criminal in nature. Yes that sounds horrible and he was already fired/punished for his screw up, I think enough time has passed where we could move on.
