I'm suggesting that his injury last season wasn't the reason for his struggles, it was purely skill related.

Everyone used last years injuries as to why he was struggling when in reality he just wasn't good. That's what I meant.

I'd think that if he wasn't so brutal last season. But that may be our best option once Jansen and Teo get healthy. Let Biggio work his way back up to the big squad.

I can't believe he has fallen off so badly. I was never a believer in that he was an above average player regardless of people throwing his early career WAR in my face but he has to be better than this.

Agreed that it's early but I was already iffy on him being above average at SS so that's why I probably harp on him a bit more defensively. And he's an allstar because of his bat, not his glove. We will need to do what's best for our team long term and if that means moving him to 2B then so be it. Vladdy took moving from 3B to 1B like a champ and he's nowhere near the same player.
