  1. Seems like we'll have to lose a bunch of games before we start thinking of moving Bo from SS.
  2. Glad we all agree that Grichuk is easily better than Tapia. When Grichuk is going well, you ride him... when he's struggling, you're lucky he's your 4th OFer so you can bench him. Sounds like a win win to keeping him. Oh except for Rogers who got to save 5M next year lol. Now what I expect to happen is the Jays will make a big trade near the deadline to take on salary, which will shut me up. Until then, wah wah wah because it was a bad short term move.
  3. And yet he's easily better than Tapia in almost every facet of the game but a slight advantage in speed. You'd hope that Tapia would at least be a gold glove player with the downgrade in the bat but nope... dude has a noodle arm out there. Most of us weren't Grichuk fans but getting Tapia is like having Bad Grichuk all the time. Good Grichuk can even carry the offense for a bit, which is exactly what he did to begin last season. I'll repeat that it's a trade that a small market team does, not a team in our position trying to win the World Series. We laughed at the Marlins when we got Cimber and Dickerson for Panik last year because they were too cheap. Well, im sure the 5 Colorado fans are laughing at us here.
  4. It was just a dumbass trade that a small market team would make to some bucks next year at the expense of your current roster. Its definitely not a trade a team makes thats looking to win the World Series this year.
  5. Can we stop carrying 3 catchers ffs. Do they really all suck that bad defensively that none of them can play more than twice a week back there?
  6. Look at the scrubs we've been using in our lineups every night. Then on top of that, most of our team cant hit with RISP. The Yankees have a better lineup than us right now.
  7. This scrub has played far too much for a 3rd catcher man. Why aren't Kirk and Collins back there every game with this dude punted to the moon?
  8. Joe is one of my favourite analysts. Love the way he breaks down the game.
  9. I understand RBI's may not be what they once were in determining a players overall value but it still matters to me. Mainly because it can also be used as an indicator of situational hitting. Some guys can do well with no one on base but struggle to make adjustments to their swing if runners are in scoring position.
  10. I really hope Teo can make his return today. We will need his offense to battle against the red hot Yankees.
  11. For real... tulo was one of the greatest ever defensively and could get away with his approach. You are FAR from that so at least get the basics down first before you try doing advanced tactics
  12. Thanks Bo... hopefully your defense doesn't blow another game for us
  13. Bo really needs to catch the ball using the basics when he can man
  14. Can the trainer find the suck on Suecedo? I think you'll see it in his arm lol
  15. I honestly think I can throw better than Tapia... damn that noodle arm
  16. Regression to the mean. We all know it's going to happen sooner or later lol
  17. I got excited as soon as I saw ball leave the pitchers hand. Knew vladdy would do damage to that
  18. Maybe it's because he's too fat? Lol
  19. Vladdy looked fine moving when trying to dump water on Manoah... he's fine for the next game lol
