    Jays will make it if they can pull some substantial moves at the trade deadline. They need a front line starter, at least 2 power arms for the bullpen and ideally another big bat. If they only make some small additions, it'll be dicey... Maybe they'd still sneak in the playoffs but they wouldn't be a serious WS contender.
