It's sad that Wamco is the first name that pops in mind for some members of this forum when mentioning PSD. There are some solid posters here who came from PSD. The frustrating part is Wamco, Bomber and others are/were capable of contributing, but enjoy(ed) nuclear meltdowns instead. Game day threads were insufferable...

I'm legit new to this forum, posting-wise. I've read it long enough to have a semblance of who the regulars are, I recognize some overlappers from other forums.

As someone who has a bit of experience in running/moderating forums, I think a downturn in posting on anything Blue Jays right now is to be expected. Usually a board is humming if a) the team is competitive (like ALCS level) there have been some major free agent signings/trades c) the farm is flush and the team is primed for a breakthrough The only boards I've seen that seem to be immune to this phenomena are Cubs and Mets sites. This team is a bubble team. There is nothing less inspiring than a bubble team. We're the freakin' Mariners, but with a fanbase.

Girardi is a downgrade. Not calling for that replay is indefensible, and reason itself not to hire him. I mean, I love that it happened! But if I'm a Yanks fan, I would have been seething. How can you fall asleep in the playoffs like that?
