Parts of the USA used to be parts of Mexico, Spain, and France....     Houston gained 60 million new fans overnight. With tickets going as high as $22K, that is the bastion of the Swamp and rich Washington elite. The average working class Nationals fan watching at home wouldn't be booing. PS: If you want to bring politics into the WS thread, no one gives a f*** about what some Brit thinks about it.     1. The Nationals have zero remnants of the Expos left. It is like saying that the Baltimore Ravens are still the Cleveland Browns. 2. The Astros are AL, and I normally want an AL team to win vs a NL team. 3. The Astros are from the great state of Texas, and I like Texas. 4. The Astros employ a wife-beater, equal to Hitler apparently, as their closer. This just shows they are compassionate. 5. I feel that Osuna, Diaz and Gurriell all have more connections to the Jays then I feel for Hudson. Therefore, I Carlos Danger, hereby proclaim, I want the Houston Astros to win the WS and I agree with my fellow board member.. 6 games.

Remember that kid who supposedly was making fun of Indians with the Trump hat.. I do.... Calling fellow posters shitstains and being totally unhinged if I can be honest, based on one side of a report.. and all the poster did was question the report. No one here is defending Osuna or defending domestic violence. Get off your high horse and moral internet crusade..     You are calling him a s*** stain for him calling out fake news.. The Astros say it was in response to a question about the blown save.. You have no more proof than anyone else here as to what is true.. This guy and NO one should be found guilty, tarred, feathered and fired based on one side of an account. I think it is pretty obvious Slade is calling out the part that smells like BS..

    Atkin's emphasis wasn't on Smoak as much as it was they want total roster flexibility.. They don't want one dimensional players.. I agree with them 100% at this point. They already have Tellez who fits that mold and potentially Vlad in near future.

    Two words- Positional Flexibility.. First thing out of Atkin's mouth when asked if they want to resign Smoke. Atkin's has said it 10 times this off season when discussing position player acquisitions. Five pages of debating EE and seems like not one person has listened to what the guy who is the actual GM of the team has stated repeatedly..
