    FYI- Tauchman is projected as the #23 best Fantasy OF for 2020 ahead of Bententendi, Ozuna, Stanton, Judge and Haniger. Biggio, is projected #2 right behind Altuve for 2b and ahead of Hiura...

    Thanks for inviting me. Not at all butt hurt about the smack talk FYI.. I enjoy it and it is all fun.. I enjoy discussing/commenting on trades even if some can't see the value at this point The important thing is, and I say this truly.. Both parties are happy, Abdom is happy and I am happy.. So that is how you want trades to go and set the base for future deals.

    I basically chose Cal Quantril young and one of best surging pitchers of second half over soon to be 37 yr old Verlander... I was also very nice to you. Behind the scenes I proposed a three way trade to get you Hiura, that is why he was in there.. However, if Abdom wants to end up keeping him, that is his business.

    I got 4 pitchers and two position players. Biggio for Hiura, - even. Cal Quantril to go along with Pearson when they call him up and a rotation of Jack Flaherty and John Gray. I received Tauchman - ."299/.371/.563 slash line with ten long balls over 194 MLB plate appearances. That’s a 143 wRC+ — quite good! It’s only fair to note that defensive metrics are also fans of his glovework in left field, boosting him to an eye-popping 2.0 fWAR over just sixty games of action" Martin with a lot of holds, Kolby young lefty SP with upside. I have Danny Santana and Mike Ford to slot into 1b... Still way too early to talk smack about this trade as much as you all enjoy it.. I anticipated this also.

    Santana has more hits, runs then anyone on my starting roster.. He is only second in HRs to Springer, but above all else. However, this is normal.. Just ask Marcus Stroman, not everyone values players the same, in MLB and fantasy.. -

    I apologize if you had the impression I was still pondering the trade. I thought we had a couple back and forths in the open forums where I had indicated I was not interested. I will make sure I am more succinct next time. To add, please don't think just because I rejected that particular offer means Mr. Danger is not open to trading... I just didn't like upside vs ceiling/regression ratio plus age in that particular deal.

    So I just listened.. I agreed with John on basically everything.. What the hell is this world coming to..!!?? I don’t think he should encourage Allen’s drinking during the show though.. Allen starts getting forgetful.. Agree with Allen 100% on NOT the fnnn Expos and the Whitehouse stuff.. I am about 4 Whiskeys in myself right now.. Too bad you can’t do call ins during recording, that would be entertaining.. -

    There is a metaphor about Don’t be planning a Parade before you have achieved your goal/mission etc. I think Shapiro is good at building a “sustainable” competitive team, but not being able to take the extra steps to take us to the promised land. Hence I won’t comment on Hypotheticals.

    All I heard in relation to this team was how many years since the Senators and finally Washington has another WS X amount of years later. The context was that Washington had finally won another WS.. References to the Expos were as a statement the team used to be the Expos. No one is debating that. What we are debating is that a team from one city in Canada from 2004 has anything to do with the 2019 WS Champions in Washington, DC.

    When the Ravens won the Superbowl they still had Browns players on the Team and the same owner and No one said the Cleveland Browns won the Superbowl. However, guys who are so desperate to find something to waive the flag about, even if it is has the Fluer de le and not the Maple Leaf on it, thinks this is a great moment for Montreal and Canada.
