    Maybe the Mets are applying the same logic to Vientos that the jays knew about Vlad, that let him focus on hitting and go stand at first base instead of flopping around at 3rd base pretending you can play it.

    I'm not trying to make excuses for him sucking because he's catching too much, just don't think he's built to catch this many games. He's like top 7in at bats for catchers so far and that too much with how bad hes been with the stick and on steals.

    Was just enjoying a game watching Vladdy's bat come alive again, and that all changed the instant i heard Thornton was warming up for the 9th. I mean was there nobody else who could get 3 outs in what should have been an easy win? I don't recall hating a Jays manager as much as I do this guy. I just don't understand the logic behind most of his decisions.

    I don't understand why he is batting first in the lineup. he doesn't have the approach for a lead off hitter at all. swings at first pitches all the time fly ball to LF.
