What makes you think D’Antoni or Paul or Harden will ever show up for a clutch playoff game?

LeBron did all he could, he cut deep into the D and then flung it back out for an open shot at least 10 times last night and his team couldn't handle that.
  5. it's on, busy day and i had to veg i like pitching duels and the Yankees worst of the worst starters had no troubles at all with the Jays last night i talk friends who cheer for that team off the ledge when they see Gray is most probable to start
  6. Looks good on laptop and iPhone.
  7. I watch about 10 or so games a week, tape them then run through the live action, something unusual happens more often than I expect. the worst local one over the past decade was a Jays pitcher tossing the ball, for replacement, into the dugout while on the mound, Papi immediately called for his two base advance from second.
  8. Tonight so far: Astros 1st and 2nd, Sale wild pitch on a third strike allows the runners to take two bases, the batter is out. Frazier and Cervelli hit back to back triples for the Pirates.

Sixers have always had that clownish edge to everything they do. Cost them a few titles easily.
  10. Yankees racked up 5 errors against Houston this week, has to be the most I've watched with the butterfinger brigade still winning. A throw to second on a steal went into center field but the runner didn't react in time to take third, nullifying a 6th error. Runner from second in the Wed game collided with short on a groundball, the third baseman was close as well, from the first live view it looked like the runner took out both Yankees. Runner out for interference, batter safe at first on a FC.

Derek Harper and Magic Johnson also forgot the score was tied during playoff games, ran the clock out without taking a last shot.

Sounds good. I don't recall problems while he was in town, not sure if he was married, surprised I"m getting dragged into thinking about this....

On the cusp of having a team that could be a power for the next 6 years? yeah, he'd do something like this
  16. This is big fun facing the balling Red Sox and Yankees 18 or so times a year

World B. Free wouldn't have had to get closer than 6 feet to the 3 point arc at either end of the court playing today.

I go back to 1973 or so watching the game, Bird showed up just in time for high school and undergrad years to watch, forever grateful for that. The game has evolved so much that every single square inch up to 6 feet beyond the 3 point arc is analyzed and strategized by the best coaches and players. And Curry has taken it beyond 6 feet sometimes. I regret that Bird and Rick Barry and Reggie Miller didn't have the freedom to take 13 3 point shots a game with ease during their careers.

Nah, they gave their best, you can't run around flinging random 3 point shots and beat a team like GST. D'Antoni likes gimmicks that always fail when it really matters. Good amusing fun in the regular season though, that goes a long way, Nash built a great career out of regular season pyrotechnics. At one point I froze the screen and the Warriors had 4 shooters all spread out in 3 point territory, Green the weakest shooter of them, you can't beat this team when they are on heat checks.

Both semi finals were very evenly matched this year, they had a gentleman’s agreement to let the early dominant team win each of the first 6 and give us a game 7
