Thanks King, I remember reading good reports about his defense when we drafted him. It definitely ups the hype in my mind with the peripherals he has in AA.

I feel like Danny Jansen doesn't get talked about enough here. He's putting up a 124 wRC+ in AA through 200 PA, and he's got more walks than Ks. Not sure how the defense is but if he sticks at C, that's very intriguing.

We've got two teenagers in A+ both with good power and one is walking more than striking out, while the other has a K rate below 10%. Amazing

And both SB were 3rd base. He's got some pretty good speed for someone who was often referred to as kinda stocky.

Vlad is so young that it really doesn't matter to me if he gets hits as long as the peripherals are still immaculate.

Also interesting to note that Bo specifically targeted the Jays before the draft as a team that would support his current swing. So I'm guessing they have every intention to let him keep it as it is now going forward.

The swing still has a wrap around aspect and is quite wonky, but he has very good hand eye and very good bat speed, from everything I've heard and seen, that allow him to mash. At least low level pitching. As has been said a bunch of times in here, his stats so far aren't just really good, they're on an entire different level than anyone else.
