    Bring affiliated minor league ball back to Ottawa. They have a made for baseball stadium seating 10,300 (significantly more than Vancouver & NH both at 6500) and were home to AAA ball as recently as 2007.

    They always seem to be able to pull good BP arms out of their ass, but if I cared about their fortunes, I feel like I'd be concerned about their depth everywhere else.

    I would still have expected a better line but it's not shocking. Like you said, a lot of teams just using the spot to give starters a half day off or rotate bench bats into the lineup. There's a few exceptions but I doubt the list of hitters who had more than say 300 PA in the DH spot, would have been a very long one.
