    I don't know if we can count on Bochy to pull Eovaldi if he is shoving after 84 pitches like he did with DeGrom. We're going to have to earn it. Let the slap hitting barrage begin.

    I have seen it about ten times this season. Maybe expand the roster for another arm and disallow it but Ownership won't go for that.

    I don't really like the idea of forfeit especially for the fans who have paid and for the obvious advertising for broadcast games; however i think you should only be allowed to do it for 8th inning or later. If you can't field a pitcher then do better.

    We should all take a moment to thank the genius Bruce Bochy for pulling DeGrom after 84 pitches. Thank you Bruce for being you and for helping to continue the tradition of glorious come from behind victories of the Toronto Blue Jays over the Texas Rangers.

    Easily overlooked this game was that plate appearance by Varsho in 8th to work a walk which allowed Kirk to come to the plate. It's the little things.

    Perhaps John Schneider has discovered the secret sauce for Hoffman; a good balance of work and enough rest but not too much. He needs to keep sharp.
