    I think Mike Petriello reads the BJMB:cool: Interesting piece which in the end provides no definitive insights. The dagger in the heart was this particular part about his home/road splits: A .682 OPS is unacceptable for a bat-first player like Guerrero; it is essentially light-hitting Chicago outfielder Andrew Benintendi.

    The picture of the two of them together Vlad and Jose, after the ceremonial first pitch. Jose look like a current major leaguer or whereas Vladdy looked like a guy 10 years into retirement. I’ve resisted but it’s hard not to board the Vladdy hate train. All aboard!

    I have never forgiven him for those gaffes at the end of the season when Tony was injured.

    It is tough to tell a millionaire ball player to eat less and workout more. If as a trainer you alienate or piss off the player you’re done for. Vladdy and Kirk don’t seem to want to miss meals and run lap’s unfortunately.
