  1. Okay. I see you have some really strong feelings on this matter. No problem. The Jays are not done yet.
  2. After the Yankees series I said that JS has "cemented himself as the best manager in the AL". I'm no JS hater but I can't get my head around the Little move or the post game justification of it.
  3. This was no ordinary game. It was the most important game of the season thus far. If JS sticks to his principles and thinks Little was the right option he shouldn't hesitate to use him in game 7 high leverage right? He won't. You know it and I know it and more importantly John Schneider knows it.
  4. The allure of professional sports is all about emotion. That's what draws people in. The sheer spectacle of the Roman colesium to present day. It's why most people watch whether they are aware of it or not. If not you can just read the boxscore after the game, don't waste your time watching if you're so detached.
  5. For the record Siddall didn't just criticize the Little move after the fact. He mentioned it while Little was warming in the bullpen. Half the gdt posters also said the same before Little entered the game. Anyone who has watched this team the past month could see the writing on the wall before Little threw his first pitch.
  6. Yeah, when Schneider was talking post game of giving them different looks, I was thinking, dude you realize there may only be one game left in the series. Fck the different looks put everything into winning this game. Oh well....maybe we win it in seven games and all this just be a bad memory.
  7. Everyone would have been angry but could accept the rationale. With Little not so much. If's and but's, candies and nuts.
  8. The Jays have no slam dunk choices. But of the choices the do have, Little should be near the bottom of the totem pole. My fear wasn't that Little would give up a homer run, rather I was fairly certain that he would walk the bases loaded. The home run was jus the cherry on the sundae. Unfortunately.
  9. Probably true. If someone put a gun to my head and said the Jays have to blow this game or you're dead and you can only bring in one pitcher, who would it be. I would have said Little. Everyone who has watched him pitch these past few weeks knows he is the most volatile pitcher in the pen. Everyone. The media folks knew it as well. Everyone in the gdt knew it before it happened. I just don't understand why JS didn't know it. Maybe he, JS, crumbles in these type of situations. Truly a defeat snatched from the jaws of victory.
  10. Caleb said that Little has an opponents batting average against him of over .500 the past month. lmao
  11. Not the time to post this Grant. Read the room man.
  12. Did JS just throw the game? Not one person in the fanbase or the media understands the decision to bring in Little. Time to go out and touch grass I guess.
  13. It's psychological at this point. The man can't handle any pressure. Joe Siddall is fuming.
  14. Sometimes you need guys like Chapman on your team who can say to JS, "wtf are you doing?"
  15. Does JS have money on the Mariners this game? I cannot fathom another explanation.
  16. I don't know if i can even watch Little in this situation.
