I'm not. It might not be the most exciting draft in terms ot upside. But we got some guys with an excellent chance to be major leaguers and that will move fast. Those are attractive pieces in the trade market if not developed to be Blue Jays.
Hes had some luck tonight but I will take it considering the Rays string of luck. It's unbelievable how many soft singles they get and than someone runs into one.
They even make Joe Smith look like a pumpkin. They come into town and have to play them on Hall Of Fame difficulty where every pitch in the strikezone gets drilled.
That's a 6-8 week injury. So playing time just opened up in a massive way for Pearce when he's back and Dwight Smith Jr. I think they will just DFA Coghlan when Pearce is back otherwise they wouldn't have called up Smith Jr to start with.
