    With a major league caliber throwing arm at SS pretty good chance they get Thames. Joe Panik has no business playing a position that requires arm strength.

    He’s easy to like. If he can just tap into any of that success he had in the minors at the plate we’re good at catcher for a long time. He has definitely shown flashes.

    He says he wants to throw a fastball that can go in any direction. He theoretically throws 4 different types of fastballs now apparently.

    The way Fisher already struggles to catch fly balls normally. Lets hope no lazy fly balls are hit to him today. For his own safety.

    Pineapple has also played SS. It wasn’t great but atleast he has the arm strength for the position.

    Soto should be out for 2 weeks not a couple more days wtf lol

    The problem with that is they don’t eally have time to reschedule games. They would be thrown into some really strange double header scenarios. And than you have to factor the players coming in to replace them. How are they going to be confident they will be kept safe? And than you got the other side of the coin where why would the other team want to take any risks either. I really want this to work because I really want to watch Baseball. But its extremely difficult to picture this going well at this point.

    This is the right attitude. But honestly I don’t think it’s going to be as bad as the players are thinking. Apparently they are putting some pretty significant work in and are basically leasing a local gym a couple blocks away for the Blue Jays to exclusively use for the rest of the season.

    Wouldn’t be surprised if this is the last game of the season. What the f*** are they going to do about the Marlins? Just forfeit the games until they are healthy lol?

    No I think 2 years is a long enough window to realize someone’s not good enough to do the job long term. Teams fire managers after a season in this league. His firing is already justifiable.
