I would take Jansen because Arencibia was a disaster on both sides of the ball. Jansen will probably carve out a lengthy Major League career as backup. He will likely float around on a bunch of rosters around the league.

He probably deserved a hit on the 105 liner earlier but not that one. He usually hits the ball extremely soft so he deserves whats he’s gotten for the most part. Hes a very very bad hitter.

Vladdy has know in that situation that he wasn’t going to get anything to hit with Espinal on deck. Learning situation for him as good as hes been this season. Just a bad AB.

This game has been really frustrating for a variety of reasons. Lets see if they can get anything going in the 9th.

I swear his OPS has to be like 200 points higher vs us than the rest of the league. Hes a dog s*** hitter but always seems to get on base against us.

I’m assuming there are no covid restrictions in Florida. Probably one of the best Rays crowds I have ever seen for a regular season game. Not seeing any masks.

Its Litterally their job to call the game correctly and fair on both sides. Nobody kisses my ass for doing my job correctly. If you can’t get do the job don’t do it. Plain and simple.
