The Tellez for Richards swap is working out kinda nicely. Tellez has cooled off quite nicely. Not sure where this team would be without the Cimber and Richards trades. Didn’t have to give up much either. You could argue just removing Panik from the roster was a net positive. Tellez wasn’t even on the team.

Going back to Richards is the right call. Should have made this call yesterday. But Romano also would have made a lot of sense here. Richards pitching to only one batter in back to back appearances would have been fairly WeirdChamp tho.

Not quite yet. But he’s certainly not been himself since his short start against the Jays. He was probably the clear favorite going into that outing. Now Ray is going into his big start against Tampa tomorrow. -
Gotta tack on some runs. Yankess losing 6-1. It would lovely to go up 1.5 games on them heading into a tough Tampa Series.

Ray’s Future Ace making his debut tomorrow night monkaS f***ing Pirates man. Glasnow is hurt right now but the Rays could realistically have Glasnow and Baz as their number one and 2 starter. And possibly have Chris Archer in the 5th spot lol. All while Meadows is in the middle of the lineup. What a f***ing trade. That’s so embarrassing for the Pirates.

Apparently on Twitter people are saying Cole glanced at the Out of Town Scoreboard during a mound visit and started cursing lol -
And if they go get a legit Third Baseman. I’m perfectly with that plan. I believe in Biggio especially if he plays at Second Base. Fine with him making some Outfield starts. But Third isn’t going to work out for him.

I really don’t think we’re losing anything defensively with Kirk behind the plate. Pitching staff arguably had its been run of the year when he was on the IR as well. I’m fine with Jansen catching 2-3 times a week. But let’s not pretend for a second he could bring as much as Kirk can to the table.

If you can’t re-sign Semien. I think they should be in the middle infield market for one of the top guys. And maybe you move Bo to second if you can get top end Shortstop. But I honestly think he’s going to be fine.

I’m not even remotely concerned about Bo at Shortstop long term.

Kirk should be catching a minimum of 4 times a week. Not sure why it’s not happening.
