    Need to keep the pressure on. Bullpen is going to be absolutely tanked for the Rays series if Matz can’t get it together. Romano and Mayza have just got warmed up and used so much recently. And Romano has looked extremely shaky.

    They have a lot of money locked into some guys already. They say they want to stay below 200 million. Semien would surely take them over that. That’s the only question.

    Yea he’s going nowhere. He makes absolutely nothing for the next 2 years. And he still has an arbitration year. So 3 more years of control at absolute steal of value.

    I will look at the full body of work. Hes a dog s*** hitter with a slow bat. Should never hit higher than 8th in a Major League Lineup or play more than twice a week.

    The Shortstop Market this Off-Season is so deep. Even if he wants to play Shortstop there might not be a Shortstop job out there for him. Astros are going to want to retain Correa. I’m doubtful the Dodgers will let Seager walk. Baez and Story will test the market for sure. Maybe the Yankees go after Semien? The Giant’s are another team but he would have to play Second Base because Crawford is there. But that is his hometown team. I just don’t see who has the opening and money to beat out on Semien unless hes determined to play Shortstop and maybe not for a good team. The Phillies are the only other team that comes to mind.
