    It’s early but yea he’s going to strike out. Striking out 50% of the time is not ideal but he will be better. He looks healthy that’s the important thing.

    Yankees seem to find gem relievers out of nowhere. I wish we could just go down in our system and find a dude with numbers like that lol.

    Do our pitchers just not throw enough in Spring. I swear nobody can throw strikes. 5 walks in a game and the strikezone is the size of a Garage.

    The decision to trade McGuire is really hurting now. I really don’t think Kirk can catch Everyday and the guy we got isn’t exactly known for his glove.

    This is the concern with the expanded roster. You give Charlie extra players he will make sure he plays them. He still manages this team like AAA roster getting everyone at-bats. I’m shocked Collins is rostered. And I honestly thought Tapia was gone when we got Zimmer to be the 4th OF. Like just eat that money. He was just sent to offset Grichuk money. Hopefully some quality depth will be added before the deadline. Or prospects will push their way into Major League roles.

    It might sound crazy but I feel most confident with Manoah on the mound out of all of our starters. And 2 of those starters got $100 M+ contracts this off-season.

    Jansen has been hitting the tits out the ball would have preferred if they continued to ride the hot stick. I get the short porch and Collins a Lefty thing. But him on this roster is confusing to begin with.

    Bullpen is doing very little to inspire my confidence so far. Felt like it was a concern. Looks like one early.

    I mean he probably would have hit into a Double Play as well. Higher chance to strikeout tho

    So glad Taipa is in the lineup with his 67% ground ball rate.

    John Gibbons would be so good for this current roster. I miss that man. I’m shocked he’s never got another manager gig.

    He’s more than fine at Short and having an actual elite defender at Third will help him all the more.

    The pitching has been awful so far and we’re still in position to win 3 straight games. Need to get out of this inning clean.
