  1. I really don’t think the 2 were connected. If his wrist is sore swinging would be the major concern not playing First.
  2. They were dubbed in the first couple of weeks. Last year it was Seattle.
  3. Just trying to keep him fresh whenever they can. He will probably play most games at 1B down the stretch. Obviously they had higher hopes for Belt actually hitting.
  4. I will also go with Varsho today.
  5. This one is tough for me because you can't tell me after visiting the Negro League Museum you still don't know exactly how to pronounce it especially as a white guy. He said it with such directness there was no sign of mispronouncing.
  6. Orioles starting pitching is absolute dog s***. If they were smart they would use some of that prospect capital to address that. Dylan Cease should be at the top of their list.
  7. I am happy Rodon got to secure the bag before becoming a pumpkin. Yankees having the bill makes it sweeter.
  8. Jays need Outfield propects maybe this is the year to snag one lol Bryce Eldridge kinda jumped out for me at our pick as two-way talent. 6'8 frame and tons of lefty power.

This is about as far as I thought the Leafs could go. I had them beating Tampa but I didn't think they had the Goaltending to win a Cup this year. They also have a bunch of 3rd pair Defenseman shuffling in and out of the lineup. They need another high end D to compliment Riley. Giordano is barely passable at this point but if you ask Leafs fans Justin Holl was the only problem. Finding out now that's not the case lol.
  10. All the underlying numbers suggest George is going to rake again at some point. And we have seen him drill the ball with no results. Infact a lot of his advanced numbers are better than last year and more comparable to His 21 numbers. It will happen for him. Just gotta keep him healthy.
  11. Wasn't really worried about Bassit. He's going to keep us in games and throw his 180 innings. Did the Jays overpay for him? Probably but you kinda have to do that sometimes. He's just probably more of a 4 ERA guy than the low 3 ERA guy he has been with Oakland and the Mets. Which is more than fine in this division. The Jays should be a team scoring 5 or 6 runs most nights.
  12. How about Jonn Boi and the Hound Dogg combining for a big victory to snapping the losing streak tonight!
  13. They want to snap the 5 game losing streak. No f***ing around. Use your best relievers. Its 4-0 not 6-0. If it was 3-0 nobody would be saying s***.
  14. Very happy for Jay Jackson. I feel he will pitch well for us.
  15. I wonder how many guys that are old and need extra rest are getting 3 steals in a game.
  16. Chase De Jong excellent pitcher to get add on runs against.
  17. He gets 8. But if the pinch hit for Hedges I imagine they go to Swanson.
  18. Bassit got bent over by the ump again
  19. If we could get Bassit through one more that would be yuge
  20. Yankees got Harrison “Master” Bader back and hits a big Homerun against the Rays
  21. If Reynolds wasn’t going to be traded to the Jays. I am glad he stayed in Pittsburgh. I had a feeling he was going to end up as a Yankee or Red Sox killing us for years.
  22. No reason for Biggio to play at this point. It’s becoming very unlikely will see Biggio from his first 2 seasons again.
  23. Merrifield either needs to be at 2B or in LF everyday depending on the matchup.
